Returns:
We work to quickly process returns so you can get your refund. You should get an email confirming your return within a week, but it might take longer.
If you paid with a card, your refund will go back to that card. If you use a gift card, you’ll get a new gift card or voucher with the same value. If there’s still money left after using the gift card, we’ll refund the rest to your other payment methods.
Refund:
When you return an item for an exchange, it depends on whether we have the item in stock at that time. If it’s unavailable, we’ll give you a refund instead.
You’ll get an email with the details of your return and whether you’ll get an exchange or a refund.
